1. What We Do

Unbar AI provides tools for creators to upload and activate their knowledge content (e.g. PDFs, courses, articles) into interactive, AI-powered experiences that help them engage, upsell, and monetize their audience.

We may improve, update, or change our services at any time.

2. Who Can Use Unbar

To use Unbar AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal right to use and distribute the content you upload
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Unbar AI. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and make your content available via our platform and tools, solely for the purpose of delivering services to you and your users.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws, copyrights, or third-party rights.

4. Payments

If you choose a paid plan or receive payments through Unbar (e.g., using Stripe), you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycles, and platform fees.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Stripe Payouts

All payments made to creators through Unbar AI are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. To receive payouts, you must create and maintain a valid Stripe account linked to Unbar AI.

By connecting your Stripe account, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize Unbar AI to facilitate payments on your behalf.

Payout timing, fees, and account eligibility are subject to Stripe’s policies. Unbar AI is not responsible for delays, holds, or rejections issued by Stripe. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your banking information and tax reporting.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All subscription fees, service charges, or platform transaction fees paid to Unbar AI are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Transaction fees on sales
• Set-up or onboarding fees
• Payments for add-ons, upgrades, or premium features

Due to the digital nature of our services — including immediate access to tools, AI resources, and platform features — all purchases are final once delivered or activated. These services are considered fully rendered and non-returnable upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial use, unused time, account inactivity, or user-requested cancellations during an active billing cycle.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@unbar.ai within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your case.

6. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us first at hello@unbar.ai before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We’ll work to resolve the issue in good faith.

Unbar AI reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is improper, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable payment, we may suspend or terminate your account and block future access to our platform.

Please note that repeated or unresolved payment disputes may result in loss of access to Unbar AI services.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Unbar AI to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive material
• Harm the platform or interfere with other users’ experiences

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, errors, or losses arising from system outages or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbar AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue or data, resulting from your use of the platform.

All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

10. Termination

You may stop using Unbar AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify users via email or the platform. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
